Returns
Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
* The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
* Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Sale or clearance items.
* Gift cards.
* Personalized or custom-made products.
* Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

* Photos of the item
* A description of the issue
We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Crest & Co cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
