All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation update.
During peak periods or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Delivery times depend on your location within South Africa:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–5 business days
- Outlying or regional areas: 3–7 business days
